1.0 PRICING
1.1 CLASS PACKS + PRICING OPTIONS:
HOLD AND TRANSFER POLICY
Eastwood does not hold or transfer monthly dues for any reason other than as follows: (a) For medical reasons, Eastwood may agree to temporarily suspend monthly payments upon submission of appropriate documentation and satisfaction of certain conditions. This includes pregnancy OR (b) Should you relocate 30km outside of the studio location. Documentation will be reviewed by management only.
1.2 MEMBERSHIPS:
[THE BACKSTAGE PASS]
The Backstage Pass [Annual Membership] is valid against all cycle classes. *Not valid for Meditation Workshops, tickets must be purchased separately.

RECURRING AUTO DUES
Recurring auto dues are charged on the same day every month reflecting the purchase date. For example, if you purchase your membership on the 5th of the month, your billing date will always be the 5th of the month. Payments are taken on an automatic basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a valid credit card is associated with their account to allow for recurring auto payment.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
All cancellations must be done in studio with a senior member of staff. You must provide us with 30 days’ written notice of your intention to cancel. Cancellations are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
CONTRACT
This is a 12-month contract. You will be charged a total of 12 separate payments over a 12 month period. Your contract will expire a year from the purchase date.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If you wish to terminate your contract after 3 months, Eastwood must be given at least 48 hours notice prior to the auto-renew contract rolling over.
CONTRACT
This is a 3-month contract. You will be charged a total of 3 separate payments of $210 over a 3 month period. Your contract will auto-renew after 3 months.
2.0 ACCOUNTS:
If you maintain an account on this site, you are responsible for: (a) providing accurate and updated account information; (b) maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password; (c) and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3.0 CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours prior to class start time. Any cancellation within 12 hours may result in a late cancel fee of $15 or no-show fee of $20, and your credit will be returned to your account. Fees apply to ALL clients.
4.0 WAITLIST:
If a class you’d like to attend is full, you’ll be added to the waitlist. You can be added to class, from a waitlist up to 45 minutes before class starts. If you are added within 12 hours of class, regular cancellation policies apply. If you do not have notifications turned on, it is your responsibility to check your status.
All offers or promotions advertised on this site are void where prohibited and are subject to the posting of any official rules to such offers or promotions.
If you have not opted in for email and (or) text notifications, it is your responsibility to check to see if you have been added to a class off of a waitlist. There are no exceptions for late cancel / no show refunds in this situation.
