If you were a cocktail what would you be and why

Coconut tequila straight up, because it’s good enough on it’s own, it doesn’t need mix to complete it 😉

What’s your ultimate female empowerment song

    I Will Survive

If you opened your Spotify, what song would be playing

    Chromatics

What’s the best song of all time

    This is genre dependent…..

What females do you look up to in life

My girlfriends – the women who support me and who I support in my circle are my biggest inspirations and best motivation. The “regular” women who work hard day in and day out and still find time to send “good luck” and “how are you” texts. They inspire me to be a better, healthier, happier version of myself every day.

    What are your guilty pleasures

Red wine, hot yoga, coffee with almond milk Baileys, walking on the beach barefoot on a summer morning with my coffee with almond milk Baileys.

Who was your biggest inspiration growing up

Mia Hamm, the Williams’ sisters, Jenny Thompson, Steffi Graf – basically any female athlete breaking barriers

What words do you live by

It’s not how many times you fall, it’s how many times you get back up that counts

What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to learn

To play an instrument (something beyond the recorder in grade school!)

What was a big moment for you in your career

Learning how to run my own business, being self employed is the hardest and most fulfilling thing I’ve done.
